Finding Your Renewal Date
- Log in to Client Area
- Go to Services
- Your renewal date is shown for each service
Invoice Generation
Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date, giving you time to pay.
Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Invoiced every month
- Quarterly: Every 3 months
- Annually: Once per year (best value)
- Biennially: Every 2 years
Changing Billing Cycle
Contact support to change your billing cycle. Annual plans offer the best savings.
What Happens If You Don't Pay
- Due Date: Payment expected
- 1-7 days late: Reminder emails sent
- After grace period: Service suspended
- Extended non-payment: Account terminated
Tip: Enable auto-pay to never miss a payment.
