Paying your invoice

Pay Your Invoice

Keep your services active by paying invoices on time.

From Client Area

1. Log in at happilyhosted.com/customers
2. Click Billing
3. Find your unpaid invoice
4. Click Pay Now
5. Choose payment method
6. Complete payment

Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal: Pay with PayPal balance or linked cards
• Bank Transfer: Details on invoice (allow 2-3 days)

From Invoice Email

1. Open the invoice email
2. Click the payment link
3. Complete payment

Payment Confirmation

After payment:

• You'll receive a confirmation email
• Invoice status changes to "Paid"
• Service remains/becomes active

Late Payments

• Due Date: Pay by this date to avoid issues
• Grace Period: Short period after due date
• Suspension: Service suspended until payment received
