Setting up email on Android devices

Android Email Setup

Add your email to the Gmail app or Android Email app.

Using Gmail App (Recommended)

1. Open the Gmail app
2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
3. Tap Add another account
4. Select Other
5. Enter your email address
6. Select Personal (IMAP)
7. Enter your password
8. Enter incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com
9. Enter outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com
10. Complete the setup

If automatic setup fails, use these settings:

Troubleshooting

• Authentication failed: Double-check your password
• Cannot connect: Ensure you're using the full email as username
• Certificate error: Accept the certificate when prompted
