Creating an Email Account

1. Log in to cPanel
2. Click Email Accounts
3. Click Create
4. Enter the username (the part before @)
5. Select your domain from the dropdown
6. Set a strong password
7. Set mailbox quota (or leave unlimited)
8. Click Create

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least one number
• At least one special character

Mailbox Quota

The quota limits how much storage each mailbox can use. Consider:

• 250MB-500MB: Light email users
• 1GB-2GB: Regular business use
• Unlimited: Heavy email users (uses your account disk space)

Managing Email Accounts

From the Email Accounts page you can:

• Change passwords
• Adjust quotas
• Access webmail
• Configure email client settings
• Delete accounts
